MARKED AS SOLUTION FOR VISIBILITY - NOT CONFIRMED FIX


Hey everyone, 

We have some steps that might help you with this current issue: 

  1. Navigate to https://cdn.eaanticheat.ac.ea.com/EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe and download the latest version of EA anticheat
  2. Once downloaded, run the program.  If you get a User Account Control prompt, agree to it.


  3. Click "Uninstall All" if the button is available 
  4. Once the uninstall process finishes, select "FIFA23" from the dropdown window.


  5. Click "Install"


    After the installation process you can try to launch FIFA 23. Please let us know if this helped.

    Hey there,

    We saw some of you have not been successful with the first troubleshooting, so we have another one that got us some positive results:

    1. Navigate to your game install folder (this is only a default path and might be different to your installation path)
      1. EA App: C:\Program Files\EA Games\FIFA 23
    1. Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FIFA 23
    2. Right click EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe
    3. Left click Properties


    4. Click on the Compatibility tab at the top


    5. If Run this program as an administrator is checkmarked, uncheck it and click Apply.


    6. If Run this program in compatibility mode for: is checkmarked, uncheck it, and click Apply.


    7. Note: A valid configuration should look like this:
    8. Go back to the EA app or Steam and click Play on FIFA 23, you should be able to launch the game now.

    수십번 반복했던 일로 이걸로는 전혀 해결이 되지 않는다.

    @EA_rephii Hey mate, I have tried everything and am slowly becoming angrier because I grind this game like there is no tommorow 100hrs exactly, so you can see why im angry, I understand but why on earth have we had to migrate over to ea play, it should have been tested, I would just like to play my game. I understand it is not your fault buy do you have any other ways

    both solves u gave didn't work at all. how have you guys not solved this yet. this is idiotic.

    Still not working. The game starts up but won’t go past the first screen ever since I downloaded the ea app
