Hey @julierobyn, and to anyone else who may come across this thread. 🙂

We're aware of a temporary glitch affecting the friends services of the EA app and some of our games, occasionally causing the 'Presence Update Failed' error in the EA app.

Our teams are currently investigating the problem and are working on resolving it as quickly as possible.

We'll provide updates as soon as possible when they become available.
