PC Rivals: Players move and act without controller input (online only)

Platform: PC (Windows)
Game Mode: Ultimate Team – Rivals (Online matches only)
Controller: DualSense (tested wired USB and Bluetooth)

Issue:
During online Rivals matches, my players move, pass, sprint, and shoot on their own without any controller input. I lose control completely, as if the AI takes over or my inputs are ignored/overridden.

This issue ONLY occurs in online matches. Offline modes (Squad Battles, Kick-Off) work perfectly, and the controller is fully responsive in menus and offline gameplay.

Troubleshooting attempted:
- Reset tactics and controller settings
- Tested DualSense wired and wireless
- Verified controller works correctly outside the game
- Issue is consistently reproducible in online Rivals

Expected behavior:
Players should only respond to my controller input.

Actual behavior:
Players act autonomously and inputs are not respected, making online gameplay unplayable.

This appears to be a PC online input-handling / controller bug.
