Summarize your bug Download won't happen. I tried to uninstall and reinstall EA and the Sims4. It says there is a problem with the download and to try again. This is the first time i am experiencing it. I tried all of the recommended things to try and fix it but it didn't work. My other games seem to download just fine. It is just the SIms4.

What do you expect to see? The game to reinstall and load
