Re: [FIXED] Sims 4 - "Double-check your connection" or "Game License is Invalid"

So this is a fun new issue I discovered last night, whatever I do I cannot launch my game. If I try to launch it online from the EA app, it says my game license is invalid (screenshot attached) and if i try to launch it offline, it says my license has expired and gives me the error code EC:204. I looked around and it seems like this particular issue was "solved" a few months back on a different version of the EA app.


I have tried everything I've been told to do by popups and all I can come up with. I've repaired my game, uninstalled it, cleared my cache. Everything. I do not use any mods. 

I bought 2 news packs last night right before discovering this- and I'm sure y'all will understand why it's quite upsetting to not be able to launch a game whatsoever. Hoping someone can help!

    I have had this problem since July. It is the same pop up. I downloaded the horse ranch pack and this started. I've tried everything. It is really upsetting.
