 Please I have spent a lot of money playing Sims 4 because I respected your work despite I'm being poor. I want to play my game and spend my free time on this long Public Holiday in VN. I haven't played Cottage Living yet. It's been several hours and I've tried every single thing that I can to make it work but it didn't. I have watched all of Marvel's phase one films AGAIN, but the EA App hasn't been fixed yet. Please please please fix it for us

    Exact text or screenshots of error message (if any): "The App crashed unexpectedly.   We ran into a problem, but a restart should fix it"

    When does the error occur (when opening the game, in the middle of a game session, etc.): Every time I try and open EA, either from the app itself or Sims4

    What troubleshooting steps have been taken:  Clearing the cache, deleting the Electronic Arts folder, changing compatability and running as administrator, removing and reinstalling after restarting PC.

    When does the error occur (when opening the game, in the middle of a game session, etc.): launching EA app. Can log in, but either crashes immediately after, opens blank app before crashing a few seconds later, or buffers for about 30 seconds and then crashes. App worked about an hour or so before the crashing started and was able to play for awhile.

    What troubleshooting steps have been taken: Cleared cache, Uninstalled twice, and then installed and restarted computer.
