i think there is a problem for the people ( like me) who buy a EA game between the 7 february and today because i can t play titanfall 2 but i see people playing it

Same here, downloaded the game today for the first time and I can't even open it because the app is crashing. Also bought the DLC, it's not I'm my library and I've been charged twice.

I just bought Need for speed Heat and everytime i launch it i get this error

And when i click on restart app it launches the EA app, tho i bought the game on steam and doesn't display the game in my ea library.

Got the same error when i try to lunch "It takes two". Just bought the game from Steam and it will not open.... 

Same here, but with Rivals instead.

Absurd how at this day and age we are still forced to use EA's platform for games we own even at other stores. You own the game, but can't play if the external forced app doesn't work. 

A lot of gamers reporting this same type of error since february 7 , it seems universal.

Same sh*t here bro.... i have battlefield 1 from before and it is showing up in ea launcher, but nfs heat that i bought 2 days ago isn't.... I tried reinstalling the app couple of times, reinstalling the game, clearing ea app's cache, unlinking and linking again my steam account.... Nothing worked.

Im done with buying EA games, will play them cracked!

Cant launch game bought on steam today.

I bought the game today to play with my brother (who is visiting from out of town), just like old times. And how did EA repay me? "It's correct that this problem has been around since February 7th", bravo. What's even funnier is that apparently it's only relevant for games purchased recently. And it seems to be a mass failure, not as EA claims "some players"

What fixed it for me was clearing cache in the EA APP. Go to the left 3 dots aka hamburger menu -> Help-> App recovery-> Clear cache. That should fix any "preparing game" errors.

Neither reinstalling the EA App nor clearing the cache or starting the game directly with admin rights did fix anything for me. I'm trying to start Battlefield2042; EA App crashes. That's all. Very very disappointing. Just bought the game and were not able to play it even ONCE!

i guess they just pushed some updates
