Re: Games not transferred after merging

I'm having the same problem. Merged my two accounts yesterday and now the contents of the old one (Sims 3 with some DLC) won't show up in the EA app. It does show up as owned content on the EA Help homepage and in the Origin library when I log into Origin on a family member's MacBook. Customer service has suggested everything between logging out and back in, reinstalling, clearing cache, clean booting my PC, etc. I have now basically been told to wait and see, so it seems like they've run out of possible fixes, which feels... not great, but at least I know the game is on my account so if nothing else I'll have to hope it shows up when I buy a new laptop later this year.

Have your games showed up of their own accord after your last post, or is the issue persisting?

    If your content hasn't all been transferred over to your new account after your merge, live support will need to look into this again with you to and get those remaining games moved over. 

    Please reach back out to live support from the help site here so they can check your game entitlements on both accounts and be sure everything has been properly transferred.
