A good first step to try if you're having issues with the EA app is to clear the EA app cache:

However, if you still don't see your games, then it's highly likely that you're logged in on the wrong account. Games shouldn't just disappear from your account when you switch platforms like that since they're still pulling from the same account data, so it's a good idea to reach out to our live support team to see if they can help you find the right EA account, or at the very least check that I'm right about this:
