    @EA_BarryUnfortunately I'm unable to do this. This was my first avenue and it isn't working, it's a separate unrelated issue but basically after clicking through topics and narrowing down when I get to the "Select Contact Option" button I click it and a loading icon appears and nothing happens from this point, I left it load for over 6 hours yesterday.

    I can find no other way other than Answers HQ of actually contacting anyone to get help with this issue. Simply becasue help won't load any contact options for me to use.


    Finally after trying for 2 days help has loaded a contact form for me to use, so I'll go through that
