Re: Help my sims 4 won't even launch ;-;

Same!  My EA app is now stuck on the EA Play advertising, it wouldn't even LET me launch Sims4! 😡  It's not showing in bottom left hand corner at all.  Nothing in Library, even though I own so many s4 game packs.  It took a while trying to figure out what's going on, I went into offline mode and it showed up after I clicked around (not sure where, but it wasn't in lower left hand corner!).   I should not have had to go through that amount of toil and trouble.  I don't want EA Play.  I only want to play Sims4.  I don't want to play other games.  Please stop it from blocking my ability to play a game I paid for and should be able to launch easily.  I very much dislike it being app bound, because it's a data and resource drain running in the background.  My dxdialogue looks similar to what was posted below.  Right now I am very angry about this, obviously. As if anyone couldn't tell...  😒
