Summarize your bug Cannot install this side app to play a single player game, which I have purchased on Steam. Tried to run the installer as administrator, tried to change the PC username from cyrillic to latin, tried to instal Microsoft Visual C++ libraries, tried to shotdown the anti-virus. There is enough disk space, my internet connection is superb. If I try to launch the Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, and the EAapp tries to install itself, the window then pops up, saying that there is no internet connection. If I try to install the EAapp from the separate installer, that I downloaded from this site, it says "mistake: INST-14-12029" It's quite annoying at this point.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run the EAapp installer on a machine with Russian language interface. Or try to download the Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order from Steam, so that the EAapp will try to install itself, whe you try to launch the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The EAapp cannot install itself.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a clear solution from a multi-million dollar company.
