I'm having the same issue, and am also wondering why we need to log into an online account to play a game downloaded onto a home computer that i play at home with nobody else involved. More feaping creatures gumming up the works and forcing us to jump through unnecessary hoops actually lowers the value (but not the costs) of your games. this is exactly why I hadn't bought any games from EA games for the last two years and I'm starting to think that it was a mistake to start again.
