- @EA_Barry Thanks but no thanks. I’ve already tried all of those options, then some of my own. I’ve spent 7+ hours trying to fix it. I sent in a request for a refund for it all being (after calculating all my packs together) that i’ve spent $439.85 on that game and its packs. Since EA isn’t willing to help.

I wasn't getting the issue i was just trying to help them with it
At first the app recovery program was doing nothing for me until I exited all EA processes in my taskbar, now it works with app recovery. Make sure to exit all EA processes on windows task manager, run EA app recovery and it should work. Make sure to go to details in the taskbar and make sure it's all closed, for me EABackgroundService.exe was still running even with the app being closed, so make sure that's not running.
