This is so true – EA TEAM if you make an app why not let ppl decide to stay in different app? You forced me to go for your app, while Origin was working good for me and I could play my game without running it in the background. TS4 are offline game and I've never needed app before EA app, which is not working at all. Guys, I've spend so much money on this game, and it's on me, but not being able to play it – it's on you and it's something that WAS NOT THERE when I made the purchase. I wouldn't mind going on EA app, but there's something going on with your quality control and it's really not fair nor ethical to do this kind of stuff to your customers.
