@EA_Leeuw
@EA_Barry (I am tagging you as you replied to my personal post about this before it was merged into here and then deleted.
So I did do a quick video showing that disabling Cyber Security feature for CenturyLink customers does indeed work around the issue, I was able to connect and open the EA Ap with no issue once I did...however...
Upon doing so, CenturyLink pops up a little notice stating that they accept no responsibility for anything that happens to your router, pcs or otherwise by disabling this feature...there is a reason they leave it enabled as default.
As it works, with this feature, a system designed by CenturyLink for network security on a router level, if something were to happen that was able to bypass specifically this feature, CenturyLink actually does claim responsibility for the features failure, and any corresponding affects of the features failure.
So, EA....by having to disable this security feature, and thus lose the responsibility of CenturyLink, do you take over that responsibility, seeing as we have to disable it in order for your features to work, and us to be able to access the software and games we have purchased from you?
I would assume this would apply to those having to disable their McAffee protection as well.
