A quick update from me.

So, it was 2 almost 3 days for me that the App would not open without using a VPN, then yesterday it began working.  I did remember to check last night, and sure enough my Public IP address had been changed by ISP (For me at least, this did not require a disconnection from the internet, so I did not notice right away.)

I called my ISP just to verify, and they did, stating that it was the end of the week so the system was going through the automatic refresh of IP Addresses for customers.  Normally this is never noticed, I never have, except that of course the EA APP was now working so I did.

Still pretty sure that this has at least something to do with the issue.  For note, anyone wishing to change their Public IP without using a VPN, can either contact their ISP, or if able and you want, you can go to your router/modem, and look for how to change the hardware/MAC address of the modem.  doing this will force a new IP address to the modem/router.
