Re: How to fix EA app Error Code EC:10005?

Hi everyone,

We had some new problems with the EA app services on the night of Dec. 14, 2023 / Dec. 15, 2023, causing an EC:10005 Error in the EA app. The services are back to normal and we've seen fewer reports of issues. Our teams have noticed that the services are now stable. So, we're treating this problem as fixed for now.

If you have the same problem again, let us know in this thread after you've tried the network troubleshooting steps mentioned here. And please share the info with us we asked for here.

    On 01/09/2024, I threw fc 24 from the game and tried to enter it again, but I get the EC:10005 error, I tried every method, can you please help?

    Hello, I am currently having this issue. Its been an issue since yesterday. I've tried all the solutions I can online and nothing is helping. Is someone able to assist please.
