EA App crash

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that the EA app is crashing.

To avoid asking you to repeat any troubleshooting you've already done, could you let us know exactly which steps you've tried so far?

Also, if you have any USB devices connected to your PC other than your mouse and keyboard (such as controllers, steering wheels, USB hubs, external drives, etc.), please try disconnecting them and then launch the EA app again to see if the issue persists.

I reset the EA app cache, verified the files through Steam, disabled all startup services except EA, and uninstalled and reinstalled both the EA app and FIFA.

I noticed a few issues related to Windows system files and the graphics drivers that could potentially cause the EA app to crash.

Could you please try the following steps?

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard.
2. Type Command Prompt.
3. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
4. If prompted by Windows, click Yes.

Once the Command Prompt window opens,

• Run the following command and wait for it to complete: sfc /scannow
• After that finishes, run: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

When both scans are complete, restart your PC.

Then try a full reinstall of the EA app and see how that goes. It's also important to note that there's only 24gb of free space on your hard drive. That can sometimes cause issues in initializing games and programs. If you can, try to remove any unused apps or content stored in your PC, as that may also help. 

I currently have 50 GB of free space on my hard drive and 150 GB on my other SSD. I'm doing what you suggested, let's see what happens.

Thanks for trying out those steps. Since they didn't fix the problem, the best next step is a Clean Boot. That will disable all background programs in case any app conflicts with the EA app and causes it to crash.
