Re: How to fix Error Code EC:10000 or EC:10500 in EA app?

I just registered in EA. I want to download Sims 4. I had to download EA app and I cannot access to my account. I can do it online using website but in EA up there appeared problems. It happened two day long. I fiill login password and it just kick me out from the program and text that there is a problem with my account. I even made second account - the same thing.
Error code: EC: 10000
