Re: How to Fix the "You don't have access" Error in EA app - '24

Hello,

First of all, thank you to anyone who can help me. I just recently got this error message after playing my SimCity 2013 game 2 hours ago. It's attached as a screenshot.

I never connected my EA account to Steam and I never bought the game from Steam or Epic. All my EA games were bought through EA (when I used to use Origin).

It's quite frustrating as the EA software keeps on showing me this error message when I just played the game 2 hours ago.
