What happens when the bug occurs? I'm unable to make purchases
What do you expect to see? Be able to make purchases
I've tried purchasing various Sims 4 kits and expansion packs recently, only to keep getting a error at the checkout;
"Your action cannot be processed
That didn't work, let's try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later."
I've tried various payment methods, rebooted and updated to no avail.
Please advise asap

Please try the following steps to clear this error up:
- Make sure the location on your account matches your real location
- Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
- Use a different payment method
- Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
