I am also having trouble, I have PRE LOADED Fc25 On steam and Im trying to do it on EA it is saying "We had some trouble processing your request, We couldn't process your request because EA SPORTS FC 25 is managed by Steam. Go to Steam to complete your request. How do I fix this?
