I have a similar problem. I have an old store bought CD of Spore. I downloaded the EA software and hit redeem code, entered my old Spore key as requested, and the error message stated that my code was already redeemed. How is that? I have not played it in years and have not undergone the redemption process previously that I can remember. What do I need to do to redeem my code and actually play the game I bought?
