When I launch the game there may be nothing according to EA app the game is launched but it does not appear in the windows task manager. And I can't launch another EA App game. So I have to force close the EA App process in the task manager.
It's crazy to have to go through this. I tried to launch the game with battlelog but without success.
Uninstall the EA AP - install the origin program. THen go through https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/
and log in through that site, I never got the app to work either but this way all the BF games works for me.
Meaning BF 3 and 4, you can pick in the top menu.
