Re: [INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app

I’ve been trying to use the EA app for days and it will not connect to EA’s servers. I just get this error message no matter how many different wifi/ hotspots I try. I’ve tried redownloading the app, updating my MAC, trying with/ without my VPN, and i’ve troubleshooted in every possible way. Super annoying and I am resigned to just not playing. Stupid of EA to not fix this sort of thing because I was planning on dropping $40 on Sims 4 DLC. Any suggestions are appreciated but i’ve probably already tried it lol.

    I'm having the same issue. It was showing that at first. Now it's showing me to sign in, and I do. But it's not working
