did you get ea pass from xbox game pass ?
if so open the xbox game pass and try to start the game from there if the game does not appear type region in the search bar
and if this is not the case srry i tried hope it might help other people.
I deleted the EA app and booted from Origin. I reinstalled the app and got the same error message again. I might also mention that any time I try to download a kit I have to delete the app. The kits get "stuck" and won't download into my game unless I delete. The same appears to have happened for some of the small free updates. When I deleted the app because of this error message, a patch downloaded that had been available a couple of days. I hadn't gotten any notification for it on the EA app at all. I mention all these problems here in case they turn out to be related issues. Using app recovery and clearing the cache did not work.
