Please update us on the investigation status. I have seen people with this problem for more than 6 months now. 

I have tried to install the game from another PC, or even formatting my own PC but that didn't help at all, I also tried every tip in this forum, up to date. No luck.

Even tried to install Origin, I got it to work once!

I have even chatted with EA support for more than 8 hours! 7 egents. 6 didnt know what they were doing and only the 7th helped me properly and made some changes to my account and it worked once and it didn't work after we closed the chat.

I have also had a connected problem with Battlefield 3, When I download it, it only give me the option to choose Russian language, This has been fixed now but it could be connected somehow.

I also canceled my Xbox pass to see if it helps clear the error. after EA Play is gone that didn't help either.

After my EA play expired I contacted EA chat support and noticed that they have changed my game edition from Premium to standard. I told them about it and they changed it to limited.

The plot has thickened, I can start the game and it would direct me to Battlelog as normal but when I join a server or start the game campaign it would give me the same error

"Failed to launch game An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." It seems it has to do with the game keys and access rights. 

This issue CLEARLY is not from our side but its from EA side. 

When I contacted EA chat support they confirmed I have limited edition game with Premium Pass. in origin its visible that I have premium game but in EA App it says limited and sometimes it says standard.

I have my original game keys and I can share it with you privately if you want.

Is it possible to remove the game from my account entirely and add it again? There could be a system bug and this would solve it fastest and easy.
or get a refund and I want to buy the game again.
