Hi! So, last night I tried to buy an expansion pack for The Sims 4 but everytime I tried I got an error message #54001 I tried searching for a solution in the answers hq and tried LITERALLY EVERYTHING they said: another card, paypal, removing and readding my payment method, checked my billing details, checked my location, different browsers, from the EA app, from phone, from the game too, and tried to gift it to myself from an other profile but I cannot bc you can't gift DLCs so in my final desperation I tried to contact a live agent thru email. It took a lot of time for them to answer and it seems like they didn't even read my problem bc they wrote down everything I tried before, so it was like speaking to a wall, sorry not sorry. So it would be great to finally find a solution, its really annoying that I literally try to give them my money but I cannot, so please help me! Thank u!🙂

    I have the same issue. I consistently notice that I can only copy and paste answers, without the ability to add any packs to my wishlist.

    I have the same issue. I tried everything they said also, it is still the same. I am writing ea help for 14 days! Not any helpful solutions to them as well. Now I can't even update my case, it says "wait for 24 hours" for 3 days! 

    Why is nobody helping about this? Why anybody investigating this issue? We are trying to BUY the packs!
