Re: Installation Failed

@gurlpwease and @seawolves1997, so sorry this has happened to you both!
Please try downloading the free version of Revo Uninstaller and uninstalling the EA app along with all related files ( the data for all of your games shouldn't be lost ).
Then, using a fresh installer file, download the EA app again. Then log into your current account, a new one DOESN'T need to be made.
You will need to download The Sims 4 again but your data won't have been lost. You may also need to re-download any eps, stuff packs and game packs you have too.
Then, try downloading the bundle again. It should be saved with your other eps, stuff packs and game packs.

If it's not, visit https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ for more help.

Hope this helps xx

I don't work for EA but I like helping fellow gamers 🙂

I have literally done everything I have seen on here to do, and nothing works. I get to 96% downloaded when I get the message that it failed to install and try again later. I am so over it. I filed a ticket, but they will not answer. I have commented on the forums... crickets.
