This worked for me. I had to use the task manager to close the EA app (every time I "close" it, it seems to keep running in the background,) and when I reopened it and went to "manage add ons" I was able to see and install the new packs. I had repaired my game through the EA app before restarting it for the final time, I don't know if that made a difference. Thanks for the instructions
