Re: "low on disk space" or "out of disk space" (EC:10602) error in EA app

Im having a similar issue to this and the Error Report ID is

I have the sims 4 installed on a different drive than the ea app with >200+ GB of space free.
my C:// drive is a bit cramped but i'll clear well over 2 Gb each time it happens, and the issue remains.
do I need to install the EA app on a different drive with more space???
