@EA_Jason I have same issue with dragon age: origins under game pass and win 10, but I can't update direct x because installer says that I'm already have most recent version of dx.

What's the exact error message that you get to see @vollossy?

@EA_Jasonthis is what message I got when running DA: O. Message on screenshot in russian. In english: "Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL:[NxCharacter.dll] Error: 0x7E"

@vollossy Hey, can you try the steps in this post, I think the issue is related to PhysX, which for some reason doesn't always install when you go through the standard install process: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Origins/DA-O-Invalid-license-Reason-code-Missing-DLL-NxCharacter-dll/m-p/4767287/highlight/true#M11248

@EA_Jason I have the same on DA:O. It was fine 2 days ago, today it has a missing DLL, NxCharater.dll. Repair did nothing, still same message!
