Hi @FunnyFrogers,
Are you playing through the EA app, through Steam or Epic? Did you purchase this bundle directly through the EA app? Please look over your order history to be sure you're currently logged into the correct EA account that you've bought your content on.
If you see your bundle in your order history, try clearing the cache for the EA app following these steps and let me know if you're able to access your content through the EA app then.
