Its definitely the right account.
And I have both tried restarting the app, deleting the cache and even restarting my pc.
The only games showing are the steam linked ones, and I know the receipt ones were bought throught origin, and they're not showing.
I tried to go to the order list on EA account settings and its empty for some reason.

@soullesswf Hey, this has been an issue the team is tracking for those who moved over from Origin to the EA App. If you have made sure the act you are logging into is the right one, it is an app issue. See if the following work for you
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link
- Download and update DirectX
If these do not work, please uninstall the EA App, and reinstall it as normal but with admin rights.
None of the options worked
Worst part is even in my steam account that is linked to the Ea account, all my Apex legends progression is lost (no skins no level, no unlocked characters... no nothing)
I spent alot of money to buy those games, and the fact that i cant use something that I bought because of an account bug is crazy.
I dont know what else i'm supposed to do.
I would love to get them back.

@SoullessWf If you are not seeing that progress, and you verified that your Steam account is linked to the right EA account, you would need to contact live support so that they can look at the account. Sadly we cannot do that on the forums. - @EA_Shepard still not resolved.
This is making fun of your clients.. nothing yet got resolved..
I want my games back and my stuff from Apex Legends back.
I've tried everything you guys mentioned and nothing worked..
Please - @SoullessWf We had a similar thread. It now has "disappeared" all of a sudden.
