Community ManagerRe: New account, doesn't access old accounts games

Assuming you bought Command and Conquer on your old account, it's still going to be linked to that account. I recommend that you reach out to our live support team to see if they can get you access to your old account again:

As it stands, you've just made a new account which is not going to have any games on it. If you've lost access to the email address on your old account, they'll have to ask you a few questions in order to verify you as the owner before they can help.
