@JoelinTunnus I have this same issue right now.. Fuming .. I just bought dragon age inquisition on steam, had to download EA and sign up to there bullcrap to play it, tried playing and kept failing to start up saying I had no access on the EA App. Got a refund off steam and purchased it on the EA App Store, my order has gone through and says the game is in my library. Go back on the EA app.. Surprise !! Empty library !! EA Sucks so hard !! 3 hours later.. still not success or help. What a wasted evening :/
