I just had this issue but with several add-on packs for the Sims 4. The funds have already been deducted from my bank account and I received a receipt saying I can download the purchased content from my library, but they don't show as being purchased. The packs I just purchased are still showing in my basket too, but clearly, I completed check out since I have the receipt and they already took my money.
