Re: Newly Purchased Games/DLCs Not Showing in EA app Library Since Nov. 24, 2023

How is this not solved yet? I have now returned the game I bought on Saturday since there is no way to get support on this - no chat, no way to reach EA at all. They've even removed the "we're trying to solve it" message on the first page.

    Woke up this morning to check in the game is now appearing, it is now in my library ready for download. So I think they may have figured out the issue, I still wish that they would have informed us about the problem so people wouldn’t be freaking out about losing their money or not having their game. I hope everyone stuff get fixes too, that you either get your game or money back.
