- @simkonfetti I have exactly the same situation. At instant gaming told me that this is a problem of EA app so they cannot help.

I am really enjoying how I get to read through all this posts to see them marked as "Solved" yet no resolution in them that works

None of the "solutions" presented here worked for me.
- Going online and offline didn't work
- clearing cache didn't work
- changing my region several times, closing and reopening the app didn't work
- uninstalling and re-installing the app didn't work
My purchased Sims 4 DLC is still not there.

Just wanted to give an update - not sure if submitting a ticket on EA email support helped or not (no answer there), but the DLC magically appeared in my library now.
