Did the safe boot thing. No difference.
This is the error that pops up. For every game.
And the cherry on top is that trying to use the error report feature in the app throws this lovely message
Irony indeed.
Quick question. Is there any way to roll back to an earlier version of the app?
A clean boot worked for me for those of yall still with this issue! Admittedly it wasnt a fully clean boot as I was afraid to get disable some other programs on the clean boot, but after restarting I can play Sims 3 again! I had to run EA APP as an administrator and that triggered an EA update, it wouldnt do that without running as admin.

@belluhz Thanks for sharing the steps you've taken to fix the issue! It's much appreciated.
@IframedtheButtle It's not possible to roll back to a different version of EA App.
Could you please try the steps @belluhz mentioned to see if you're able to get it fixed?
- @belluhz Okay. Not a fully clean boot... what did you disable or ;leave enabled that separates it from a clean boot?
After following all the steps in the article they linked earlier in the thread, I disabled everything but VANGUARD services (required anti-cheat for Valorant) + Elgato programs (needed for my Elgato Stream Deck & such). Did the computer restart, ran EA App as an admin, and then it started doing an update launcher for it that I have never seen before but it worked!! Able to play my Sims 3 just fine. I noticed that these steps messed up my Steam, but reversing the clean boot steps and restarting my PC worked as well lol. Both EA + Steam work perfectly now!
Okay.. solved the Games not launching because of the "Hasn't released yet error"
Yay!
On the downside now II'm hitting the point where the games just don't launch.
Like you'll see the preparing thing. . And then the app trays itself and I'm left looking at the desktop.
The app shows the game as running.
The Task manager shows the game process.
But it's just stalled...
Apparently something to do with rundll32 process.

Do you have any Antivirus installed?
If yes, can you please try temporarily disabling the Antivirus and running EA app as admin then try launching your games again to see how that goes.

Just windows DefenderAnd the game folders and EA App folders are excluded.
I also disabled it at the first try.

Thanks for the update.
Is the clock on your PC set to "Set time automatically" or manually? Could you try setting it to automatically in case it's not then clear the EA app's cache? IT's always et the time automatically. Though ity seems to be something with the renderer. CNC wrapper fixed the isse.
- @IframedtheButtle Exactly same issue as this, but with Dragon Age Inquisition and The Sims 4. Looks like a major failure on EA's part. Have done all the usual, re-installing, adjusting clock etc.
