Re: PC EA app - "The app crashed unexpectedly" or "Background Services Crashed"

i try to open my ea app but it keeps saying "the app crashed unexpectedly, a quick restart should fix this." i've tried multiple times to just restart it but it doesn't work and even after i reinstalled the ea app it still says the same thing. what should i do?
