@JordyyGreyy Hey, if you check your purchase history through your EA Profile, and you can see that it isn't finalized, you would need to get in contact with live support so that they can see what is happening with the purchase itself. The forums are not live support and therefore we don't have a way to look at those logs with players.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:

  • Select the game or EA App
  • Then select Platform
  • Manage my Account
  • Chose the appropriate option
