- @NightHawk1685 I have the same problem. I have been emailing back and forth with the "support team" at EA. I would not call them "support" because all they do is send me stupid copy and paste answers and some of the replies have even been on a completly different subject.
The game Bulletstorm was available on Origin and I still have Origin on an old laptop. Can't play the game though, because when I try to go online the Origin client try to download EA APP.
When logging in with the same account on EA APP: Bulletstorm is nowhere to be found.
Everytime I get a reply back from EA it's a different indian person and I that last reply I got was like this:

Thank you for being so patient. My name is Mayank and I will assist you with your issue today.
I have reviewed your case and found that you have contacted us regarding missing game. Kindly, do not worry, I am looking into it.
I understand this is really disappointing. I will definitely help you with the best information to solve this problem.
I would like to inform you that Bulletstorm game is a sunset game or old game that means there are no more game updates or bug fixes, and online multiplayer might not be available.
OLDER GAMES ARE:
Often called “sunset”, legacy games, or titles without studio. That means there are no more game updates or bug fixes, and online multiplayer might not be available.
The original versions of games we’ve remastered.
Classic EA games from studios that no longer exist.
Not integrated into Advisor Hub, which means we can’t offer in-game support for things like missing items or currency.
If you have any further questions regarding this or any other issues, please do not hesitate to let us know.

As you can see the person at EA (or AI bot?) does not understand that I am NOT asking for future updates of the game or online servers, all I want to do is to play the singleplayer of the game I purchased. I really miss the good old CD-ROM times and no clients, auto-updates and internet 😉 - SusanG5202 years agoSeasoned Rookie@NightHawk1685 I think they think we are stupid. This EA app is nothing but problems.
- SusanG5202 years agoSeasoned Rookie@PatSupreme at least you got a reply. I , too miss the CD version of games. I hate having to go to this app to play them. Especially when there is so many problems with them losing my paid purchases.
@SusanG520
The especially stupid thing in my case is that I actually still have access to most of my Sims 3 content--thanks to Steam. That's where I had been buying those dlc before EA stopped selling them there completely (at least for a while). So if I get the itch to play the Sims, I'm better off just playing what I have on the platform of one of EA's rivals rather than worry about if EA is going to figure this out (and I'm certainly not buying any of the new Sims 4 dlc until this gets sorted out).- EA_Leeuw2 years ago

Hi all,
Due to changes that went into the EA app and the frequent occurrence of incomplete purchases or logging into incorrect EA accounts, we have closed this thread and opened a new thread here: Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024).
If you continue to experience the issue, please post a reply in the new thread using the provided template.
Thank you.
