@NightHawk1685 I have the same problem. I have been emailing back and forth with the "support team" at EA. I would not call them "support" because all they do is send me stupid copy and paste answers and some of the replies have even been on a completly different subject.
The game Bulletstorm was available on Origin and I still have Origin on an old laptop. Can't play the game though, because when I try to go online the Origin client try to download EA APP.
When logging in with the same account on EA APP: Bulletstorm is nowhere to be found.
Everytime I get a reply back from EA it's a different indian person and I that last reply I got was like this:

As you can see the person at EA (or AI bot?) does not understand that I am NOT asking for future updates of the game or online servers, all I want to do is to play the singleplayer of the game I purchased. I really miss the good old CD-ROM times and no clients, auto-updates and internet 😉
