Re: PSA: Sims 4 "Failed to launch game - An error on our end" -> Check Your Mods!

I'm unable to launch any EA game through the EA App. Every time I try to run a game, I receive this error:

"Your game failed to launch. An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later."

Here's what I've tried so far:

Reinstalled EA App

Cleared EA App cache

Reinstalled the game

Repaired game files

Changed DNS / tried VPN

Logged in with another EA account

Unlinked and relinked EA with Steam

Tried launching directly from Steam

Even tried launching in offline mode – still no luck

The issue happened to one of my friends 10 days ago and started for me 2 days ago. We are 4 friends playing together — 2 of us are having this problem, the other 2 are not.

I had this same issue about a month ago and reinstalling the game fixed it temporarily, but now it came back and nothing works.

Since even offline mode doesn’t work, I believe the problem may be with my account data or the way EA App handles local licenses/cache. Please check and reset any possible corrupted cloud or account data.
