Your saves are still showing that content because it's stored locally on your PC. But if you try to load into that save file, you'll most likely get an error message because you're using the incorrect EA account and you do not have access to the DLC from this other EA account. You can confirm if you're on the wrong account by checking your owned content in the EA App and by checking your Order History.

If your Order History is blank, and you do not see your DLC in the EA App, this means you're logging into the EA App using the wrong EA account.
