Re: Purchased game/DLC available on Origin but not the EA app

@EA_Atic thanks for replying.  Sorry for the slow response; I was away.  This is important to me.

I've been happily using Origin for years and obtained BFV and BF1 through my EA Play subscription.  When Origin was disabled I was in crisis since BFV and BF1 are my exclusive interests right now but thankfully someone wisely reactivated it.

I'm in Hawaii, which I guess is North America for these purposes.

The EA App does not recognize either Battlefield V or Battlefield 1 as being in My Collection despite existing in Origin. This was not a problem with Battlefield 2042 and others. I happily played BFV via Origin just yesterday.

Attempts to add BFV or BF1 to My Collection via the EA App fail (Manage -> Add to Collection) . It briefly shows the usual "Cherry picking ..." monologue but fails without further comment.

Attempting to download BF1 obviously fails as well, instantly stating "There's a problem with your download".  Curiously I get further attempting to download BFV; I get to "Download Options" and "Terms of Play" then it spends a couple of minutes "Preparing (Calculating time ...)" before failing ("There is a problem with your download").

Mahalo for looking into this.
