Re: Purchased Sims 4 packs not showing as owned/can't install

Neither the Basement Treasures nor the Greenhouse Haven will download. I purchased them and they show in the list of add-ons in the EA app, but nothing happens when I click the button to download them.

I noticed the EA app has a new blue desktop icon. One of my PCs switched over to it and the other one didn't. I tried reinstalling but it didn't work. Anyone know how to fix?
