for me it’s still saying to purchase, i have cleared the cache and all my own packs are currently re downloading but growing together is no where to be seen even though in the game is says the pack is already owned but needs downloading

The same thing is happening to me. However, my problem is with a bundle I built with Get Together, Outdoor Retreat, and the laundry day stuff. i have tried everything i can think of to try and fix it. it is showing in game that i own it, but in the EA app its not showing as in my library.

I wrote to the support, added a screenshot and all I got was "Thanks for letting us know!" AND THEN THEY CLOSED THE CASE.
I'm furious at this point. Bought both packs two weeks ago, and didn't get them in my game. I repaired the game, the EA App, emptied the cache... I even moved some stuff in my EA folders, as the kits only gotten into Delta.
Anyhow:
No kits in game, and the support isn't helpful. Thanks for nothing, I guess.
